HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A QUOTE?

Your quoted price includes a t-shirt (or product) of your brand, color, size, style, a design for the shirt with as many colors as you want in it, the printing of the shirt on one side and a sincere thank you. If you would like a second print on that same shirt, there is an additional charge. Please contact us for any promotions, specials or to get a personalized quote. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK?

Ordering process can be started by giving us a call or filling out the form on our website. Tidal Colors will provide all details with a quote to you. Once that approved, we will request the artwork to be printed as a digital file. Digital mock-up will provided. Actual sample can be made upon request.

WHAT TYPE OF IMAGE FILE SHOULD I USE?

We prefer to have PNG or SVG files. Most of the files which have no background is accepted.

CAN I GET A PRINTED SAMPLE?

Printed samples are provided upon request with a fee. The sample fee will be deducted from the order total if an order is placed.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER

There is no minimum order in our facility. You can order as few as one item and as many as thousands.

CAN I BRING MY OWN TSHIRT TO BE PRINTED?

Yes, Absolutely! We can print on any material not just Tshirts!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT ARE YOUR PRINTING CAPABILITIES ?

DIRECT-TO-FILM (DTF) PRINTING

Direct to film printing is a unique printing technology that involves printing designs onto special films for transfer onto garments. Benefits of DTF printing;

  • Printing is really fast.
  • DTF printing could be applies any type of material. We are not stuck with only 100% cotton fabric. DTF printing allows us to print on any substrate (polyester, cotton, Leather, nylon, silk, wool, Cotton/Poly blends).
  • Inks are water based and eco-friendly.
  • Feels soft and colors are vibrant.
  • Very durable – Lasts 50 or more washes on cold wash.
  • Can be printed on any colors, dark colors, light colors, any blends without any issue.
DYE SUBLIMATION

Used on 100% polyester garments using heat-sensitive ink applied under high temperatures. Benefits of Dye-Sublimation;

  • Images can be high resolution and full color
  • Water-based ink is Eco-friendly
  • Extremely durable decoration
  • Printing feels soft to the touch
  • Great for synthetic fabrics

COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

You will be asked to sign a copyright agrement on every order proving that the artwork that you provide is not copyrighted by third party. You also recognize that subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction to support these warranties, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless for all liability, damages and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided. If your order has copyrighted materials, you must provide written authorization documentation.
